I have seen some on EBay go for around $175, New with Free Shipping. The ones that are over $200, New, Free Shipping have been sitting on EBay for a while. The barely used ones are around $150, that are selling.

I would try Craigslist in your area and you might have better luck. The fees on EBay and Paypal are really high now and you have to deal with shipping it and hoping it gets there without damage.

If someone were willing to buy this (not saying I would, but I am intrigued and kind of think it might be nice), do the cartridges that came with the anniversary edition work for someone who would buy this?

What cartridges were those? If they are included with the sale of this machine.

Missy thanks so much

I have watched for the E2 Anniversary for my neighbor on EBay and CL and the Machines that are $200 and over are New, come with several accessories. The Used machines that are selling for $175 or above have been listed several times, which cost them every time they list.
The endcaps are selling for $10, free shipping and most machines come with Mats.

It depends how much in a hurry you are in. If your not in a hurry, then just wait and see if you get an offer. I think there are many consumers waiting to see what New Cricut Machine will come out in January. Good Luck

Missy, this is a good price you are asking for your anniversary E2. The problem is right now the regular E2's are selling low.

I would buy it from you, but I already have mine that I paid full price for when it was released. I know it is hard, but just be patient and the right person will come along with your price, or what you are willing to negotiate for that does not take it too low.

There are probably a lot of scrapbook deal sites on FB. I have joined one, but if you have any crafting clubs or groups close by, maybe someone from there can help you sell some items. I just hate to see you sell your stuff at too low of a price.

Good luck,

Penny

You might see if you have a local buy/sell Facebook page. They seem to be easier to deal with than Craig's List.

That is how I sold my machine. It was an easy local transaction (I recommend cash only) Most people meet up at WalMart or WalGreens - someplace public - to complete the transaction.
