Had to google it & then watched a video. Interesting. Don't think I would get one but it is another cool gadget.

I wanted one when they were on HSN as a Today's Special, but I'm glad I didn't get it.
Read the reviews on HSN before you buy one.
I think I'll wait until the 'new & improved' version comes out.

I got one from HSN when they first came out...I did have trouble connecting the first one I received to wifi. I sent it back and received a replacement, the second one connected immediately and works like a charm! I will have to say the Zink happy company is extremely customer oriented. I received several emails from them during the time I was having issues. They were apologetic and offered to replace the machine immediately even though I had purchased from HSN directly. I told them I was exchanging thru HSN instead, but they continued to stay in contact. After I had my replacement for approximately 2 weeks, they contacted me again and said they wanted to offer me a free Zink tape roll in the size of my choice because I had experienced problems. They also made ALL their downloadable artwork available for free!

I'm happy with mine and my granddaughters LOVE it....they've printed labels for their school notebooks and lots of pictures. The colors are good...not excellent, but it is such a unique little gadget, I'm not sorry I worked thru the initial problems and decided to keep it!

It looks interesting but not sure how it would work in my world. It seems pricy and I am sure the paper isn't cheap either. Good luck!

Just seen this tonight at J's. They had the Zink Happy and the Happy+. Wonder if they'll let you use the coupon on it. It didn't interest me enough to find out. Definitely a bit pricey!

I bought the hAppy from HSN but sent it back...the idea is great and it could have been a lot of fun. But, it wasn't...it was totally frustrating. Set up was difficult at best and after figuring that out, the app kept freezing. Though the company was very kind about it, the only choice you had was to delete the app and re-install. NONE of your designs could be salvaged in that situation...so, ALL the graphics had to be re-downloaded (one at a time) AND all your designs had to be re-created...I just didn't want to spend that much time on something that expensive. They have a long way to go to improve the quality of your experience and I hope they do. It was a neat little machine...

Joannes on line has the Zink Happy on sale for $179 down from $299. This is the step up from the $199 zink.

I put it in my cart, thought about it and left the site. I'm trying to stay debt free. It was tempting though because it looks like such a great machine.

I also thought it would work well with the cricut. The demos showed cutting borders with punches. I think you could do that with the cricut.

I really like mine but haven't used it that much. I teach second grade and can use it a lot for projects and organization. I have an android phone and ipad mini and both work great with it. I need time to play with it more.

I thought it looked fun when Lisa Bearnson demoed it on HSN. However, I thought it looked like something my daughter would play with more than me actually using it. It seems expensive for a "toy" for my 11 year old. I will wait.
