I have at least 20 cartridges and I don't want to link them to CCR. Can I still cut by just putting them in my machine or does CCR require me to link them in order to cut? Thanks.

No you don't have to link them to cut in CCR... You'll be prompted to either press Link... or Continue if you don't want to link.

You do not have to link them to use them BigGrin You will just have to incert the cartridge when prompted to do so.
