This is a brand new machine. Just opened the box...was working great for a few hours and now the touchscreen won't work...suggestions?

You could try updating it using Cricut Sync. http://www.cricut.com/home/support/cricut-sync

Other than that the best thing to do would be to call customer support on Monday.
