The cups are just plastic drinking cups from one of those dollar stores.
I cut a cricle about 1/4 inch larger than the cup top. Decorated the circle how I wanted it. Glue the cup to the cricle. (Be sure everything is secure first). I then cut a scallop about 1/2 larger than the circle and glued my cup/circle to it. Decorate around the outside to hide seams. If you want to add a loop for hanging, punch a hole in cup FIRST
