Ugh - is anyone else having difficulty with service from CCR? For the last 2 weeks, I have been in the midst of projects and then all of a sudden - boom - SERVICE ERROR - prevents me from finishing, saving, cutting and even being able to close CCR and start over...really irritated - I have updated all firmware and have the latest version - this is troublesome when I owe some a RAK for Thanksgiving...CCR you're killing me...

I haven't used my machine this week but I'm wondering if the daily change of the 50 free cards has something to do with this issue? I know I have tons of issues when I try to cut on late wednesdays/early thursday mornings. I've ignored any updates since I saw someone post that they had issues since updating and it was suggested not to update til the issue was solved. I don't remember details of that but I havent updated.

it was really bad yesterday. I actually gave up and turned everything off and went and spent the afternoon with my husband being a couch potato.

Thanks for the advice! I am also wondering if it is because I am using wifi in the house - I seem to be the farthest away from the modem - maybe I'll move my crafting stuff into my hubbys office where the modem is! BigGrin he he he

My hubby went and bought this thing..I will call it a modem booster because I have no clue what it's reallt called. It just plugs into the wall outlet. But our internet is in the computer room which is on one end of the house and he put the booster in the living room. So maybe that is your problem. Luckily my scraproom and my cricut computer and cricut is in the room right next to the computer room so I think I get pretty good wifi connection.
