I've been waiting for over a year for more items to be added on the cricut reward site, but never got it.. Can you update the rewards site or at least allow us to use it for the cricut site. If not anything physical- maybe use it towards digital download or something? Thank you..

Yes I totally agree. Especially for us customers who can't use the rewards because of where we live. I feel that if we can buy your products we should be rewarded just like every one elseConfusedI would be satisfied if I could use them on Digital. Just saying BigGrin

I totally agree. Have been waiting for something besides embossing folders. Please put some cricut stuff there. Digital would be nice.

I also think that Digital carts would be the way to go for the rewards points. I have waited two years for something new to be put up on the site.

Provo Craft if you are reading the post please put up some digital cart for us to use our points on.

We have waited too long!

I suggested that over a year ago. Got a reply from Provocraft that it was a good idea but of course PC never did anything. Should let us use our credits for digital. Give a timeline to do it and then end this charade of a program.

I think since the new owners took over, that the Rewards program is very low on their priority list. I do not think they have madeup their minds what they are going to do with it, because they are so busy dumping all of the Expression and E2 machines and forcing us all to go digital.
I dont really like this strategy, but I know that PC does not care if I like it or not !Blink

I think we will see this whole Rewards program come to an abrupt end soon. Previous experience has told me that when PC is silent on a subject, it is usually "deadly" for that subject. Just like them stringing us along with YUDU, Your Story, Imagine machines, and many other things that are now in the PC graveyard.Crying

Cursing so disappointed in this..new owners or not it should be recognized and the customers who saved their points rewarded. i have called, and written letters and emails...perhaps its time to flood the phone lines...

I haven't been on the message board in a while, but I too noticed that the Rewards site has the same items forever. If I recall correctly, when I was a member of the "Circle", we had more options. Don't know if that's currently true or not.

Provocraft PLEASE add more items to the Rewards Program. Thanks.

I, too, am disappointed. I wrote over a year ago. Received a reply that more items would be added "soon". I wrote again a few days ago, received basically the same reply, that more items would be added "soon". I think it's time for them to just come right out and say "NO MORE REWARDS PROGRAM" and let us stop wasting our time checking for new items. I'm sitting on over 5000 points. Oh, well.

The only thing that PC is focused on at this point in time is the Explore! They don't care about those of us who have been around for a while!

When I wrote to PC several months ago to ask about updating the rewards (since I was in the 1,000 range), I received a notice back that they had made updates. When I went to look - the update was the 1,000 point category had been REMOVED. I have to agree with everyone else here, PC doesn't value their customers very much.
