When you open your Explore, there is a big green and white sticker inside the lid. 3 steps to register your Explore. Follow those.

Then, for written info or links to Cricut's videos on the Explore/Design Space, click Support in the upper right corner of the forum, then FAQs, then choose Explore.

Would love to help you, but as I am new to Explore and Cricut, would be glad to muddle through with you. Did you finally get the machine registered? Maybe we should start a new group, "Hey! Look what I learned today!!!" Hope you enjoy it as much as I am mine, still testing the waters and loving drowning in them.

If you were able to log on to Cricut Design after you went to Cricut/setup it pre-register the machine for you. You don't do it yourself. I spent a little while trying to go back & register, but if it found your machine you are registered

The Cricut Explore needs to have a manual that comes with it. It's too difficult searching for answers to my questions on line. For example... on HSN the man showed a cut that he made of his dog from a photo. I want to know how to convert a photo so I can do the same (it's like a silouette but with more detail... all in black.) Darn if I can find it. Another example... how do I change it so that some pieces of an image prints on another page so as to reduce the number of colors. I'm no dummy as long as I have instructions. The problems is finding the instructions. A hard copy manual in my hand would make it so easy!!!!!!!!
