I was unable to link my cartridges to the DS with the Explore. Actually, I was able to link the first one and then after that it no longer worked. I tried many times with no luck. Is anyone else having this problem or has anyone figured out a solution? Please help if you can! Thanks!

I am having the same problem. I tried several times today and I know the cartridge has not been previously linked.

If you have a subscription to the Image Library {which is usually included with the Explore purchase} and it's one of the carts you already have access to, you won't be able to link it until the subscription is over. You already have access to the images. If you search for the cart and it says "subscribed" at the bottom, just wait til your subscription is over and then you can link your cart {and it will then say "purchased"}.

The only ones that won't show up are licensed cartridges until you link them.

So was I, until I checked and found the cartridges I was trying to link through my Explore were already linked to my Gypsy! You need to link your Gypsy to Craft Room, then they will show up in Design Space.
