My machine was suppose to come with Anna Giffin images and/or projects. When I click on the project page and then click on an Anna Griffin project such as a card, it says not available for sale yet. I'm ready to pack up this machine and send it back. I'm far from being a dummy but it's so difficult finding answers to my questions for the Explore. When I do a search it always shows... we don't have all the answers. GRRRRRRRRRR.... I so want to use this and not have to return it.

Hello- I does not sound as though you have gone through the setup process. To do this just follow the directions on the lid of your explore machine. Here are a few tutorials that will help you:

For a PC:

For a Mac:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIkyA6G3adY

Once you complete the setup process you will have access to the items you are looking for as long as you purchased the Explore at launch. Please contact us at 877-7cricut if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Oh... I set it up alright. LOL But everything was MY FAULT. Years ago I registered under this name and when I went to use my Explore,I used this name. I thought... Gee, I thought I registered under my Pink address. Well, I did. I found that out after two phone calls to Cricut Explore Support. ....sorry!!! After I learned of that, everything went fine. I love my Cricut Cricut.... blushing with embarrassment. BigGrin
