Hey all,

I apologize if if I may have missed this same issue elsewhere on the forum, but I am really frustrated! I am working on LOTS projects for different things right now and I REALLY need to be able to cut the items I have designed and more. I had an issue with my iBook a few weeks ago with the firmware update and opted to use an older PC laptop that we have. Great. Problem solved. Customer service took care of removing my Mac and away I went. This morning, I signed in and it says I can't cut on the same darn laptop that I have been using since I had to switch from my Mac. I have some deadlines to meet and projects I am working on and this just isn't great at all!!!

Is there any other work-around with this issue so I can cut this weekend or am I out of luck completely until Customer Support is open again on Monday?

Thank you fell Cricut friends! Appreciate your responses and input!!

Try customer support. They have been open the last few weekends.
