I am trying to cut 6 inch letters. The Cap Letters that have a lot of scrolling are not cutting properly. The turns are not smooth. I turned the speed all the way down to one and that has not helped. Any ideas???

Sometimes it's the pressure, too little or too much so try adjusting that. Also check your blade for paper lint inside the housing, that would keep the blade from moving smoothly and last you may need to try a need blade. Hope this is helpful.
