Hi everyone.
Is there a 2014 update for the gypsy? Having the same problem "sequence contains more than one element". I have uninstalled/reinstalled cricut craft shop, updated gypsy and my cricut expression firmware is updated. I still can not link my gypsy to CCR. Any suggestions or must I wait until Monday to call customer support? Thanks, Bee

There has not been an update to the Gypsy library since last fall.
There has not been a fix applied for the error you are experiencing.
Unfortunately, if you have carts on your G that you need in CCR, you
will have to call CS. HTH

Today is September 14, 2014. I have read the previous messages on this issue and have tried all solutions offered and nope they didnt work. I have also sent email to cricut support. I am able to sync but not upload. Today was my first effort in linking and I have been at it for 3 hours, including web searches for possible fixes.

Has anyone tried it with macbook pro?

Error Message: contains more than one element

Just tried to link gypsy and CCR with using Macbook Pro - nope didn't work. Didn't get the error contains more than one element. Gypsy disconnected and the wheel kept spinning on CCR.

THE SOLUTION:
Having received an Explore for Mother's Day, I also could not uplink my gypsy cartridges to CCR (I use mac). The solution (after 4 frustrating months) is to call the Cricut customer service number (1-877-7cricut). The rep gave me her email address, and told me I needed to photograph the fronts & backs of all my cartridges, then email them to her. She then manually entered the information into my online account.

Yes, photographing all those cartridges & sending it to her was a big pain, and I never heard back from her when I followed up to see if she was able to do it. But I went online after a couple weeks and my items are there.

Save yourself the hours of trying to figure it out, it's not our computers or connections...it is something wrong on their end.

Good luck! Cool
