Hi, I had my explore machine for just over two weeks and it has been working fine. I tried to log in this morning from my icon and it says 'The connection was reset' and I am unable to proceed.
I tried to log in via Cricut.com and it seems I have to register again, as it it needs upgrading. but this doesn't work either. This means I cannot use the machine at all at present. - Any help or advice would be welcome. Do I need to register after the free trial?

Having given my Expression away I can't now use it and it appears the CCR doesn't work with the Explore.

Lynn

Hi Lynn, this is Cricut JoAnn.

We'd recommend clearing your browsing history. After that, ensure that you are logged in to your account. After you register you machine you do not need to register it again. If you are still running in to issues, please contact our support department at 877-7CRICUT M-F 7am-6pm MST

Hi JoAnn,

Thank you for your reply. I have already thought of what you suggest and it made no difference. I am in the UK and so rather than call by phone I sent an email message on Friday.
Any other ideas welcome. Has anyone else had this problem?
In the meantime my machine in totally useless to me!

Have you tried using a different browser? Chrome and Firefox seem to work the best with Design Space.

Thanks for this suggestion, in the end I worked this out as Firefox was not working for me anymore, Chrome seems to work fine. Thanks.
