I purchased this cartridge nearly a week ago and it still is not in My Cartridges. It is in All Cartridges and when I click on it to cut a project I get a message that cartridge is missing. I have bookmarked it and still not in My Cartridges. Seriously, this should not be this hard. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Frustrating

I am having the same problem, did you ever get an answer?
Next step is to call customer support.

Did you link it? Bookmarking doesn't do anything to tell CCR you have the cutting rights. You either link the cart or insert it when prompted.

Or is it a digital image? If digital, do you use the same email address for your cricut.com account and your CCR account?
