CricutCrazy - Aren't the caramel apple suckers divine? I do enjoy them quite a bit! The types of candy that are available is amazing! And, the fact that so much of it truly resembles what it says it flavored after is even more amazing!

Such a fun swap, ScrappinGwen!

I LOVE the caramel apple suckers! Love I get some every year even though I'm not really a sucker person.

But how can you mail 2 pkgs. at same time, both priority, and have them deliver on different days to same address!!!! Must be one was a smaller box and one was a huge box? Sorting issue?

Ridiculous!

I heard from PaulaM and she has no idea why DC is not working but she mailed and, naturally, she is upset and will see if the PO can help her out with her receipt and track the pkg. SHe's had issues before with this PO.

So we will just have to be patient and maybe it will show up at Kali's real soon.

I tried the tracking number she sent me as well and it naturally gave me the same result. It showed nothing. It's cool! It makes the anticipation greater! BigGrin Maybe it will come today!

Kali, your Halloween treat box was accepted at PO this morning. You are suppose to have it Monday....2 day priority.

Bug's 2nd pkg. did not get delivered today, so that will be Monday as well.

Almost finished up!

I can't believe that. Mailed last Tuesday priority 2 day sand not there yet. I will never have my son mail from his town he was wrong working. I am sorry Hannah it never should have taken this long. I don't know if it's the one with most of your gifts in it or the smaller one. Hugs Patti

I'm thinking that these smaller POs are holding mail until they fill a truck or something....working less hours too? But how one pkg. moved and one pkg. moved slower is really nuttsy!

This stuff happens in December but it's not the holiday mailing season yet in October!

We just have to be patient!

Here where I live you can get them at Walmart and Target. Be careful not to bite into them until all the caramel is gone. It will stick to your teeth. BigGrin

Thanks Lori! That pumpkin is definitely one of my top 10 favorite projects I've made.

What would we do without these designers who create and post on blogs for us to learn from!

DH says even though it's a smaller town, so are we but bigger than Sundance. He says they pick up mail every day and send out. Then went to Casper which is much much bigger than us. So don't know why. Going to have Son take my receipt and show them and ask why. Hopefully it is there tomorrow. Hugs Patti

Looks like only 2 of you have not posted pictures. Bklynborn and PaulaM. And of course, beetlebugmart and Kali who haven't received yet.

Bklynborn tried and tried, with no luck.

Hopefully the other 3 will be posting very soon.

Hi everyone,

We just returned from my Grampa's. My Granny had written "Love Notes" to her immediate family and had a will. It was a vey emotional weekend to say the least. But I will cherish my letter forever, and she left me the first ring that my Grampa gave her. And it fits.Leaving a "Love Letter" was the most beautiful thing she ever could have done. And so Granny. I will cherish it forever. I just wanted to share that with all of you.

I am so happy Kali's package is there. I am posting my pictures right now. I couldn't over the weekend for obvious reasons. But he doesn't have internet anyway. LOL

I will post the Halloween album pics next, because it deserves it's own presentation.

Gotta go. Have all of my weekend work to catch up on. Blah.

~Paula

Hi again!

Couldn't fit first set of pics all in one post. Here are more pics.

Kali, the holly garland is PERFECT!!! Exactly what I needed! And the socks are fabulous! I don't know about you but in my classroom I usually try and wear fun clothes with funky socks. I even have a shirt with candy corn on it. LOL Matching outfit!

Bye again!

Patti - I found the JOLLY RANCHERS brand first. Later on I saw one made by Tootsie Roll company...I may try those as they are probably less tart than the JRs...but they really do taste like Granny SMith apples with caramel ! Drool Drool Love

By the way, as far as the mail goes..... I got an Anniversary card today from my in-laws in VIrignia...it was 5 days late, and had been postmarked 12 days ago ! Horrible !! From Norfolk Va to Ocala usually take 3 days.
So there really is no explanation for how they operate ThumbDown Razz

Paula I love the way everything looks on your mantle! I love fun and funky socks so I couldn't resist those when I saw them. Can you believe that 3 bottles of stickles fit in 1 of those coffin boxes? I'm glad the holly worked out. The Tim Holtz stuff you had on your MQ I couldn't get so I tried to find things that were similar.
I already told Paula, but my mom made both of the banners! They turned out wonderful in my opinion. I definitely get my craftiness from her!

I got my box yesterday. Mondays are so busy with staff meetings and taking my sister to dance and a late dinner I was so tired I didn't get a chance to take pics, but I did have to peek inside before bed. BigGrin The best was saved for last!! Pauala everything was great!!!! I can't pick what my favorite thing. I have so many questions about the things you sent, but I will do that in a PM to not bore others. Thank you so much for everything you made and bought! I LOVE everything! And I love the idea of putting the match boxes in my treasure box at school! I teach 5th grade and I think they'd love those to keep small things in!!BigGrin

Hannah, you had 2 boxes delivered to you for this swap. One on Saturday and then one on Monday. Did you find both boxes?

Patti indicates from the above post that items are not shown in the above pictures. So I sure hope you did find both boxes??

I also take note that the picture numbers are skipping some numbers. THe first picture is 78 and the last picture is 89, with some numbers skipped. So I'm hoping that means you did receive everything, but accidently skipped posting all the pictures you took?

Patti, you did a wonderful job with presentation! That first picture is awesome, all the Halloween themed items wrapped so festively!

I'm guessing that the powder drink mix tubes were in the box labeled witch's potions in that first picture? Very creative idea!

Enjoy your goodies Hannah!
