I haven't seen the long ones in the store yet either but I'm keeping an eye out for them. Maybe I'll check ebay.

The Sizzix platforms do not fit the Cuttlebug. They are about 1/2" too wide. CB has made the extended A-B-C plates now, so you can use the Sizzix Bigz dies with the CB.

i went to m's to get the boards: the clear plates (2) are 2 1/2 w x 13" long, the white plateform is 2 1/2" w x 13" long, when sandwiched together with paper & die cut the thickness is 1 inch-> and that is the width of the gap in the cuttlebug! So, go get those boards at M's because they are 40% off...for less than $10, you get the whole set..

I have seen these at Craft Warehouse but they are 19.99 for each. A bit pricey for me. Waiting for coupons.

This is what I did for a couple of 12 inch border folders. It worked out just fine. The new cuttlebug full size plates are on my watch and wish list. Just too heavy to have them shipped so hopefully they will show up around here one day.

I bought one of the 12" texture plates and used it with my original Cuttlebug plates. I put one end through the Cuttlebug but didn't roll it out the end, I reversed it back out then turned the plate around and repeated the process. It worked beautifully and saved me the expense of other plates.

Oh My Crafts has them for $19.99. Why does it seem like it takes stores FOREVER to actually get any new Cuttlebug stuff?
