Hello Everyone!!

My sister is getting married next June and i thought it would be an awesome idea to make her a scrapbook. My only question is how on earth do i make one without knowing what kind of pictures she will have?!? I'm a new scrapbooker so i tend to start with the photo first and base the page off that.

Does anyone have any advice on how to go about this project? Any tips or ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Amanda

You could stick with a monochromatic theme like black and white that would match basically anything. There are some elegant paper lines with cream and black or white and black that would make great page bases. Then you could use the Cricut to make page embellishments that add splashes of color or that stick to the basic black and white or creme and black theme. Usually the bride wears white and the groom's tux is black, so those are safe colors.

After you've decided which papers/colors to use, you could try page sketches and page maps to come up with some pleasing page design ideas. You could include space for titles and journaling blocks to fill in after the photos are taken and selected. Will you be choosing the photos to include, or will the bride and groom choose some and ask you to make them into an album for them? If you are just planning to make the album pages for them to complete with photos and titles and journaling, then you could keep it pretty basic. If you know their wedding colors or types of flowers they will have, then you could incorporate those into the embellishments.
