It also tells me that I need to update my firmware, I only tried it 30 times and it keeps telling me that.

Mine was doing that too..makes me keep changing carts..and eventionally goes back to the right cart I had in before...Thought it was maybe because that same image is on a couple of carts..maybe..once i had to change 6 times..and is annoying going to look for all these different carts..It was a file I did a few days ago..so I wasnt sure which cart I used...

Hello,

Which Cricut are you using and what firmware is currently installed? Which build of Craft Room are you using?

Some thoughts that may apply:

If you are using a Create on firmware v1.54 or Expression on firmware v2.34, Craft Room will tell you that there is an update available (Creates can update to v1.61 and Expressions to v2.43). However, you can click to "Skip" the update and still be able to cut your projects on the older firmware.

This older firmware is slower to detect cartridges. When you plug in a cartridge, you may have to wait 5-10 seconds before Craft Room detects it. We are working on ways to improve the detection speed with older firmware.

We are currently focused on improving and correcting the Craft Room update process. As new builds are released, you should see improvements in this area.
