I am getting the same thing, but mine also says service error object object. What does this mean? I got it to cut with my Imagine for the first time last night, now I can't even get in. I wonder if they are doing something to it.

I am getting this message, too! Wonder what is up with that? I thought it was just me.

Please excuse my spelling, but this is a really inconsistant program. I was so excited that I could cut last night, now I get a service error and says I am not connected to the internet? How in the world are we able to post if we are not connected?

I changed my settings last night in order to be able to cut, changed from windows 7 64 bit to vista and it worked. Was going to start on Christmas, guess it is back to the gypsy and small print.

I called. Craft room is down. It's coming out of beta and they needed to fix something. I was told it would be backup by tonight at the earliest and tomorrow morning at the latest.

Guess that is good news. OUT OF BETA!!!!

Everyone should be able to get in now.

I was getting that message, too, but it seems to be back up again! Not that it matters to me because I am stuck on build 53 'cause none of the other builds will let me log on.Glare
