I just got one of the round looms and decided to try to knit a scarft using just 15 pegs. The knitting part worked just fine, but all the edges curl inwards. I have put the scarf underneath a sofa cushion to flatten hopefully, but it is still curling.

Anyone know what to do, or is this something that will always happen with the knitters?

PS: Tried the Martha Steward loom and did not like it at all -- too fidgety. Loved the Knifty Knitter.

Blocking it will help. I block everything I make! It also depends on which stitch you are doing. Just using the knit stitch, will make the edges curl.

They do usually curl when I do flat panel knitting unless I mix up the stitches a bit. I prefer double knitting for this very reason. I use the long looms (rake looms). By double knitting, like with a stockinette stitch, there is no curling. Hope that helps!

I agree- KK is much better than the Martha looms!
