So, I've been using CCR until Saturday when it quit working for me & my Imagine! I can have something to cut, then click print & cut. I get the message preparing images,then sending images to my machine. The whole time, the touch screen on the imagine says 'connected'. Once it finishes sending & I get the 'follow the instructions on the touch screen' on the CCR screen. After a minute or so, the connected screen just disappears and the IMagine is back to the home screen. Nothing, didn't ask me to insert a mat, etc. Is there something I'm missing?? Or do I need to call customer service??

Nothing you're missing. Which cartridge are you using? Regardless of the build of CCR, it is still hit and miss as to whether it'll work. Sometimes you can exit out and back in and it'll work. Sometimes shut the machine off and turn it on and it'll work. Varies. You can try calling CS to see if they have any other ideas but most likely it's still the CCR issue.

You need to update your cricut by syncing it to your computer, but here is the fun thing, syncing doesnt work, cricut support is saying it is the fault of the internet provider but that is not the case, they say that you need 1 MB and 1.5 MB to download and upload the sync, I have have 10 MB and the internet provider wss directly connected to my computer from a hard line and was controlling everything, and was able to prove that is was not them having the issues, I am to the point that I will be contacting the BBB because of all of this, so good luck
