I have been a circle member since the beginning and have always gotten double the rewards points for purchases at cricut.com. Even gotten for the purchases the first couple times this new member year! Then haven't seen a thing credited for the past three purchases. All the way back to August, still waiting on credit. I don't think I want to purchase again until that credit comes through.

And yes, I did call. And yes cricut.com and rewards accounts are linked and have always had same email address.

Just wondering if anyone else is having this same issue. Or have you checked to even see if you are receiving your credit? Someone mentioned it on one of the boards-that is the only reason I checked and found out, no credit for purchases-just stopped. CS said she gave info and I would get the credit in a day or so. Its been a week now. Nada.

the last two times I purchased, it took weeks before I saw the credit; and I had already received my order.

In the past, I generally had my credit within a day or so.

I ordered over a month ago and still have not received the points. I called CS last week and was told they would be added but have not seen them yet. I will give it another week and then call again.BigGrin

I have called three times and am always promised they will get me my points. I have placed about 20 orders that I have not received points for all the way back to August. Angry

Yeah, the live chat isn't working now. The last time I tried, I was told that she would forward my info to the person and it would get inputted. That was a month ago and I've not seen anything. Cursing

Just another way they've alienated their clientel and renigged on their promises. Angry

I've gotten the points, they just haven't been double points. I think I will check into this. Those could really add up!

I've still not got my points. This is ridiculous!!! I haven't gotten my points since last July...

Do they give points for purchasing digital cartridges? I feel that they should, after all you're still spending cash.

Has anyone else wondered why there have been no new Imagine (cartridge costs have really dropped, not fair to us long time ccustomers) or Cake cartridges for quite a while? And now the MS stuff is at a deep discount. My thinking is that they are planning on discounting the Imagine and Cake machines, carts, etc.

They have stopped sending shipping to the UK so we cannot cash our points in at all. We have never been able to buy from Cricut.com. They dont seem to want our custom or able to give it to us. They always say they are working on it but 2+ years on and still waiting. Dont think its going to happen. Are we sinking.

They have discontinued these machines so dont think they are bothered about making new carts for them unfortunately.
