My blade was jammed up inside the housing with tiny bits of paper. I pushed on the top that pushes the blade out and everything inside the housing shot out ( blade, black plastic piece, silver ring, gold piece, and spring). I have no idea how to put them back together (which order they go in). Could you please help me?

The poster above me mentioned that Provo Craft would probably replace it, but I don't know that they would unless it was under warranty...

I do hope someone here can help you put it back together.

I doubt that they make a habit of doing this with "ordinary" issues, but I think something like this is totally OUT of the ordinary and KUDOS to PC for taking care of it for her.

It probably depends on what the problem is.
This sounds like it is an unusual issue.
PC has been really good about replacing things for me.

Another question kinda along these lines:

Does anyone know where to buy a replacement blue blade housing? I have the LE Blue Expression and my pretty blue housing doesn't let me adjust the blade depth anymore. So now if I want to cut something on a depth of anything different than a 3, I have to change to my deep housing.

I've seen the replacement housings, but they're not my pretty blue one and I'd really like to keep my machine nice and blue, if you know what I mean. Blushing

So, is there a place where we can buy different color blade housings?

Hello, I'm having the same problem. If someone could please send me (or post) a diagram of the blade housing interior assembly I'd be most grateful. I can't figure out how to get it back together again (which order everything goes in)
