Updated Gypsy before going on a crop but not the E2. It had just been updated first of October when I last taught classes. Didn't think there was a need. Have never had a problem with either E2 or Expression communicating with Gypsy.

Got a message that said my E2 needed an update to work. Needless to say, laptop just died before I left and have been working to set up a new one this week. Cricut Sync downloaded to a new laptop with Windows 8 just fine but now that I'm trying to update my machine, it said it was downloading drivers please wait. Well, 45 min. later it is still saying that and I'm no farther than I was before. I haven't had to reload a Cricut Sync since the first time I loaded but don't remember taking it that long to get it's act together and be ready to roll.

Also, I sometimes get this message about an error with the pic bridge, restart or call customer service. What's up with that?

Any help is appreciated, could not cut penguin bodies this weekend from Gypsy to E2 thus my Christmas cards are sitting in limbo! Help! Anyone know anything about this?
