every time i tried to cut a shape in multiple, the cutter is cutting my cut-outs, while its cutting and moving....

I think you should call customer service so that they an help troubleshoot your problem.

I would love to know what they told you. I have the same issue with a brand new out of the box machine. To keep it from cutting on the move I hold up on the back of the mat when it begins the cutting. Hope this helps and curious to see what they told you!
