I cannot for the life of me get the 12x24 mat to stay straight when cutting. I have ruined several projects (because I have limited sheets of paper that size and there are NO stores locally that carry it Angry ) due to it "getting off track" and pulling the mat sideways. It starts out fine, but after about 6 inches, it starts creeping sideways. It's fine with the 12x12 mat. Anyone else have this issue?

Before suggesting that I return it, I'll tell you that I bought this machine several years ago from Michaels. And of course there is no receipt for it laying around, so I'm sure I'm past any warranty. It's only been used 3 times and twice now I've had to scrap the project and make due with something else.

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like your rollers aren't gripping the mat. Try wiping the roller rubber with a baby wipe and wipe the back of your mat too. See if that helps.
