I haven't used my cricut for awhile, but needed to cut something out, so I turned it on, made my design in CCR and found my cartridge (I had never linked it to CCR, because it is linked to my gypsy) My E2 will not read the cartridge, it says there is an error with cartridge - error 6. I thought maybe it was just that one, so I tried several, some that were linked some that weren't and it does the same thing with all of them. Is there a solution to this? TIA

Sounds like you may need to update your machine utilizing Cricut Sync. Can be accessed here:

After installing Cricut Sync on your computer, connect your computer to your Cricut (white cord that should've come with your machine). Open Cricut Sync. Cricut Sync should automatically detect your Cricut. If your computer wants to install drivers for your Cricut, install them. The updates may take a while if you have not updated your Cricut for sometime. Once the update is finished, try cutting your design out again and testing a few carts.

If this does not resolve your problem, I would suggest calliing PC Support.

Good luck!
