I need help from anyone please. Getting very frustrated.ThumbDown

1. Having trouble keeping my Cricut Expression 2 connected to the Craft Room
2. Once I get it connected I have a hard time getting it to read the cartridge.

I would truly appreciate any help.

I'm sure someone else can help better than me, but are you sure you have CCraft Room installed correctly?

What anti-virus program are you using?

A lot of us had issues with our antivirus programs conflicting with CCR.

I don't understand what you mean? You said you are having a hard time getting craft room to read your cartridge?

Can you explain more on this please? Do you mean it won't cut after you create something in CCR?

I use CCR and also have problems staying connected. I use Cricut Expression and many times while designing I get locked up and program says not responding. Does this happen to you. I was blaming my computer for the problem. I even reinstalled the CCR program several times.

Have you tried calling PC Customer Service? I have always found them to be very nice and helpful. I do not use CCR very much, though I am trying to learn more about it. Good luck! GG
