ok so i am almost ready to throw my cricut machine out the dam window, im trying to cut some things out and the ccr is telling me to insert the cartridge (mind you the cartridge is already inserted), why the hell is it telling me to insert the cartridge when its already inserted? i have closed everything down an re-opened it all again and its still telling me the same thing. i have the cricut personal if thats any help. PLEASE HELP BEFORE I THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW!!!

I don't know if you got your issue resolved, but if I'm going to be cutting with a cart that I need to insert {almost all of my carts are linked to CCR}, I have George and Basic Shapes in my Cricut when I turn it on and I wait until CCR prompts me to insert the cart I need to cut my design from. I think when CCR is open and the Cricut is turned on {which is the right process}, CCR doesn't really "read" the cart that is in the Cricut at that time.
