Is anyone else having issues using CCR on Windows 8? It will not load. Thanks for any information!

Right click over top of your CCR desktop shortcut and go to properties, compatibility, check run this program in comparability mode, and then change the drop down menu to windows 7. Then check run as administrator and then apply and ok. When you try to open it will ask you a question... Just say yes. You should be good to go!! It worked for me just an hour ago BigGrin

Hi, I have change the compatibility setting to Windows 7 and run as an administrator and CCR will only say "Initializing Cricut Craft Room". Any suggestions???

Hello! This error is caused by your computers antivirus. It is blocking the program from working. To get the instructions needed to fix this please call customer service at 877-7cricut. We would be happy to assist you!
