Myself and others have had the problem of the imagine getting stuck on the screen saying to change the print cartridges, even if you put new cartridges it does not fix the problem. The cricut company will NOT HELP YOU. All they will tell you is to buy new cartridges. I can not even use my imagine to cut. It will not let you pass this screen. DO NOT BUY THESE MACHINES BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SEVICE IS VERY POOR.

The Imagine has been discontinued, so its not readily available anyway.. That said there are others that love there machine and not having a problem with it, maybe you should go to the Imagine forum and see if those people know the answer to your problem.
