I can't get my machine to cut. I push the cut button and then change all the settings like they ask and load the mat and push cut and it does nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

and it says usb active and then goes away.

I am using CCR with my cricut expression. I have designed my project and have it hocked up to the computer with a usb cord. I pushed the cut button and it goes to the page where you change your pressure and everything. I change my settings and load the mat it says usb active and I push cut. the usb active goes away and it says the message it usually says when you just put a cartridge when your not using the computer and it doesn't cut.

Hello! This would be a great question for our Customer Service representatives. Please give hem a call at 877-7cricut. You can also try a new USB cord, and you can try using a different USB port on your computer. Also, please make sure that you have downloaded the updated for Adobe Air. I hope this helps!
