I'm not very tech savvy, but this is how I post pics (disclaimer-I have a mac, so don't know if it's the same on windows). I move the pic out of my photo program on my computer to my computer desktop (the photo program lets me reduce the size some when I do this, as the full size photo is too big of a jpeg). Then I go here, write my post and click the attach files to this post box at the bottom. Then hit the post button. Then the screen comes up (after hitting post) to attach the jpegs. There is a button to search files on your computer, and I choose the pic from my computer desktop. Then hit upload. The file will upload and then hit the back button at the bottom of that screen and you are done and hopefully posted.
