I have the Imagine. I like it. I had to learn to calibrate it, and have to do so from time to time. Other than that, this machine is really cool. I love the print and cut features. I love to change colors using the RBG codes to match other colors I have at home. I really love filling in other non Imagine Cricut cartridge shapes and alphabet letters with Imagine designer paper colors and designs. That is so much fun!
I am truly saddened this machine has been discontinued by Provocraft.
For me it's been a real fun machine. I have had little to no problems with it, and I have synced up several times to get updates. No problems at all.
I am sorry others have had problems and now the machine has been discontinued.
I will say that the original mats were not sticky enough. My new mats this year though are WONDERFUL, and are much stickier and no paper moving as the machine cuts.
Provocraft DOES make improvements as users suggest.
I have been one happy Provocraft user, and WILL continue to support their products!
I still love my Cuttlebug too!!! For card making it's the best!

Hi Jill.
I agree with your comments & I too love my imagine. I did have a few issues with updates but Pam from customer service was amazing! In light of the fact that they are not open on weekends, I just make sure to update during the week...just in case!
And I totally agree about the mats. The new ones are amazing! For those that have not used the new mats, they are the 12x12 mats that have "cricut" in green in the big letters in the middle of the mat!
