Hi All!
I was hoping someone could help me with where to look to see if a newly installed (this week) antivirus Avast program is stopping me from opening my CCR OR if there is a prob w/CCR itself at the moment? I have designs I need to cut out on my E2 for Easter---& have to mail them out by Fri! Any info anyone can offer is most appreciated!
Thanx so much,
LauraConfused

I don't use CCR, but have you tried going into the antivirus program and seeing it says its not allowing it?

I have been trying to open my CCR also. Windows ask me what to use to open it and I can't find anything that works. I also looked up what CCR stands for and the info said it is a different extension and is used by craft programs like "Circut". I also purchased 3 D Bows (download only), a PDF file is included with instructions. Adobe tells me it can't open it and I should use another "viewer" to do so. No body has answers but I do know that my anti virus program has nothing to do with it.

Not sure what you mean, yes CCR is the Cricut craft room, you would need to download the program to your computer, hook up your Cricut machine to the computer to be able to use it, have you done that? Where did you purchase the 3d bows from? From Cricut.com as a digital download? Sounds like your issues arent the same as the original poster.
