I was having problems getting my computer to recognize my E2 and tried calling customer support, which wasn't really a help. I finally discovered one of the prongs on my USB port was broken off! So I definitely can't connect it to the computer. I called back customer support and they suggested I try to find someone locally who can fix it. Any ideas about this??

A TV or Computer repair shop is probably your best bet. There have been people who have had Gypsy ports fixed that way. Good luck and I hope you can find someone!
