I have just downloaded a new version and my pc version will not initialize. Any pointers?

Hello, the initializing error is caused when the antivirus on your computer is blocking the program from working. You will need to add the Craft room program and the ccrbridge.exe to your exceptions. You can call customer service at 877-7cricut if you need additional help.

I have spent all day with my antivirus subscriber and Norton is not blocking the CCRBridge.exe program that needs to be installed, but it is still not installing/opening......Please help me with this issue. I spent a small fortune on my craft room and this would be the topping on the cake. I want to be able to use this. *Nachie* A Dedicated Cricut Lover and User!Confused

Also, if you are using Windows 8 you will need to run CCR in windows 7 compatibility mode and run as an administrator. If you need help with that just ask. Smile
