Was updating Gypsy and it got stuck and I couldn't turn it off. Now I'm trying the reformat and restore and it seems to b stuck on the "process firmware" section. Does anyone know how long this shd take? I hope I don't have to start over.
I think I'm going to have a nervous breakdown over this. Lol. I've been trying to update for 2 days.

I've never had to do a format/restore of my Gypsy, but I HAVE had updates that took several hours. It all depends on your internet connection and how busy the PC servers are. Weekends are generally worse because more people are home. Unless there is a reason not to, I would just make sure your G is plugged into AC and let it go. If it's still churning in the morning, you can call support. HTH
