I have restarted. I have reinstalled cricut on my Mac. I have done everything including pulling my hair out.I have NEVER had this problem or any major problem with my Cricut but this thing has been acting possessed for 3 days now and I am beside myself as I need this thing to work for a big project I have due in 3 days.

It is not cutting all the images I place on the mat. It will cut one of them, but in some random place.. It keeps saying "Some items are not on mat" or smthing like that. I assure you there are no items off the mat or outside the mat area. Again, I am not a beginner at this. I know how it works and I have NEVER had such a problem. It is also not saving my project. So I have set up the same project a million times over the past few days and have wasted so much paper and patience.

Did I miss an update or something? If so, HOW DO I GET IT? Thats all I can think of because it seems more system error than machine error. Someone please help me. I work all day long and Cricuts "help" desk apparently has banker hours, and I don't.

Thank you so much. Huh
