Hello! I am a new scrapbooker, and not a very crafty either. It takes me forever to come up with something to do.

However, in playing in the CCR, I realized I couldn't get my internal cartridges from my circuit expression 2 to recognize in MY Cartridges filter of the CCR. How do I do this? I also have an actual cartridge that I haven't used before. When I decide to use this, how do I use this in the CCR?

Hello! To receive the entitlements for the internal cartridges you will need to register your machine on www.cricut.com. The entitlements will be added to your account within about a week. I hope this helps!

Hi Cricut Gena,

I'm pretty sure we already registered my cricut. How do I tell?

I am having the same problem. I registered on Mother's Day but still don't have the cartridges showing up in CCR.

Click on your name at the top of this screen, then click on Registered products. If it's appearing in the list and you log in to CCR using the same email address give PC a call.

Provided you use the same CCR email address as you did to register the E2 the carts should have linked. If you call PC they can fix the problem for you.
