After this gliche' with your system not allowing me to be able to log into my account.
Where all my digital content is stored in my account.
It is the weekend and I have no way of accessing my digital content I bought and using it in CCR. I think I have every right to be upset over this. If you want us dependent upon CCR.
Then let CCR run from our computers and store our digital content on our computer.

No customer should have to go through with what I am dealing with today.

Please Fix This Issue!!

I'm not sure PC can fix the issue that some are having with logging into CCR. It's seems most people are having the problem because their email address is longer than 32 characters or has some "non-standard" symbol in it. The only "fix" is to change your email address. Huh

Hello Mary, we are currently not experiencing any issues with the web site or Craft Room. If you are having trouble logging in you may be using wrong information to log in. Additionally you may need to clear the history and cookies on your computer. You also have two accounts with cricut.com/Craft Room, which may be causing some of the confusion. We would be happy to assist you through customer service. The phone number is 877-7cricut. We are available Monday through Friday 7-6 MST. Due to the private nature of this information we will be unable to leave any information on a message board thread. Thank you.

Thanks for responding!
I just created the 2nd account today after I found out I could not log on under the old account. I can't imagine what happened since I was able to log in just fine all day yesterday.
I did clear out all my cookies and history.
At least with the 2nd account I can use CCR with my cartridges and the mini.
Unfortunately I can't use the digital images I bought.
I will be sure to call CS on Monday. I wanted to put this out there to see if others are having a similar problem.

Thanks again Gena for responding!!

I have no non-standard symbols in my email address. And it is not longer then 32 characters.
I can't change my email address since I can't access my account.
I do want others to know there is an issue.

See this is just crazy. And this is a very good example as to why CCR needs to be a stand alone program and not internet dependent.
An email address > 32 characters? Non-standard symbols? Can't use Android at all? Clear out my cache and cookies?

I swear I don't know of any other website that makes people jump through these hoops! What new criteria will be required next? A full moon with an east wind blowing???

I agree this is crazy. It is totally on their end. I have tried to log in with 3 different browsers, and android. Still nothing.

Someone needs to be here to fix these issues on the weekends.
I'm sorry but I don't have time to craft during the week. The weekends are my only time.
Of course when something goes wrong it is always on a Friday night.
It spoils the whole weekend waiting to get it fixed on Monday.

I'm just curious how many customers are sitting out there unable to craft because of this system. Of course they can't post unless they create a new account like I did.

I was however able to update my gypsy and get some of my digital cartridges loaded on to that.
But, then it won't download the single images.Mad

I am getting so tired of standing on my head trying to get these things to work.
This system PC has going is not reliable or dependable to get things done.
After today I decided I will not go entirely digital with PC.
It is just not worth all the frustration it causes.

I am having the same issue. I created an account under my husbands name so I could sign in to see what was happening.

I am not able to sign into cricut.com or to CCR but I can sign into the rewards using the same email and password.
I was using CCR yesterday without any problems. I can't access my account to purcahse anything or to use CCR and my projects I have created.

If I make a new email address then I do not have access to all my previous orders or projects.
I hope this can be solved so I can cut on my new mini I just received.Sad

AND...be wearing purple underwear backwards.

It's so silly...why have an imposed way that e-mail addresses have to be...that's insane! Most people with a cricut.com account had their account...with their e-mail address chosen...long before the "brains" at PC decided to design CCR.

I called CS yesterday about not being able to download some digital images to my Gypsy. They said that the single images and the CCR exclusives won't be able to be downloaded. They don't want to take up too much space on our Gypsy. One of the exclusives did download.

I only signed up for CCR to have a back up for all my stuff if my G dies again. I really don't want to use it, but thought I would use my credit. I don't want to have to have my computer hooked up to my machine to cut, and I love the portability of the G.

PC is not aware of the issue. It sounded like I'm the first case.
But, I am getting assistance from FB Cricut the offical page. I private messaged them and I have a Cricut elf helping me. BigGrin
So far I'm not able to log in. But, they will notify me as soon as I can.
So you might want to try to private message them on FB.

This should be reported to PC on Monday. It looks like they introduced an issue with the link behind your NAME hyperlink to the account information. I get a security certificate error.

If you go up to the toolbar and add in the www. in front of cricut.com, it will take you to your account. They just need to fix the link.

This is what it should look like.

When you click on your name now you get this, which produces the error

Another good reason comes from my friend's experience at the Mega Meet in Novi, Mi last week....Someone was offering a CCR class along with their cricut, design studio and gypsy classes...you can probably guess what happened....CCR wouldn't work....what a waste of money, bet they don't offer that class again.....if I took the class I would be expecting a refund!!!!! Those poor newbies, got a good dose of PC issues right off the bat, wonder how many cricutsew will get returned because of that......lol

Guess I should fire mine up to see if it works....been using my "other" online software which has been running flawlessly since I bought it......I actually planned on making a file to share for my next blog post, hope it works.

It isn't affecting everyone. I was able to log in until Friday. Then I woke up Saturday morning I can't log into anything. I created this account so I could post on the MB to get some help.

I sent a message on facebook to cricut and they are trying to help. They gave me a new password but unfortunately I am still having problems. It doesn't want to recognize me even thought it lets me log in. I get a security message.

I don't think it is a CCR problem but there must be a glitch in the system somewhere that isn't allowing some people to log in to Cricut.com and CCR. PC is trying to help.

This is how I log in....using Internet Explorer.....and I've never had a problem logging in unless the site is down:

http://cricut.com/forum/...opics31_Cricut-Chat.aspx

It doesn't even use the www after the //!

I always going in by doing SEARCH for "CRICUT" and click on the uppermost site I see that shows all the various tab descriptions under the heading.

Mary....I know this is really a long shot, but have you had any storms lately that have produced lightning and/or power outages? If you have, I wonder if somehow the links got all messed up (if you had your computer on during the storm/outage). I'm thinking it might not affect anything else, but maybe the way PC does their site, their site may not be the most reliable (I used to get these wonky messages about the systems they used when they first moved over to the newer MBs a few years back). Then, when they would send us emails and ask us to do their polls, we would get a message to the effect it wasn't a reliable site!

You probably didn't experience this, but I thought I would ask.

Hope you get your problems solved tomorrow!

That wasn't the issue I had. When the new update came out allowing linking your G to CCR I got locked out. It lasted for 3 WEEKS and I was only just able to get back in on Thursday after they went down for some system maintenance. Fortunatley, I had physical carts of almost all my cart, except for the new ones I had just got using my credit and the free carts we got for registering our G a few years ago. I had several cards that had to be done last week. I would not have been able to do them if I had had to rely solely on CCR. PC needs their servers to be more reliable, otherwise they need unlock CCR so we can cut without being online.
