I downloaded the latest update for CCR, and CricutSync says the machine is up to date. I am having the hardest time keeping my machine linked to my laptop. Is there something I am missing here?

I should elaborate a little. When it DOES stay connected long enough to scan the mat, it pauses for about 20 seconds before the cutting *should* start, and kicks the mat out.

Hello! The Imagine and the Craft Room are not guaranteed to work together. I can suggest making sure that the Imagine is completely up to date through Cricut Sync. Also, make sure that you are using the correct mat with the black register lines, and that the paper is not covering any of the black lines. If you would like more assistance please call customer service. while we do not guarantee that the Imagine will work with the Craft Room, we can at least try to help!
