Hi to my partner Terri! It's been forever since we've partnered together! Well, I totally forgot about all the awesome Halloween items you created for me! I kept thinking it's been since the tp roll mini album.... lol (which was a long time ago)

I can't even answer these questions! Anything will be wonderful from you and any style, theme, color, etc. It will be easier for you to say to me: I want to create with ____________ die and is that okay? Of course I'll say yes!

1.what would you like? Tags, embellishments, project, tryptich, etc.

2.Theme?

3.Colors,style?

I don't think Terri has answered questions yet either! lol

sent you an email Terri to discuss this swap. Lots of time though to figure it out - like several weeks! lol

[quote=LoriSjogren;1720307]I am in! I am in love that Words and Pictures Blog.Wub You had me at that triptych she made of Peter Rabbit. Really amazing work. I started going to through her blog and her ideas and style are really wonderful.

1.What would you like? I would like a triptych.
2.Theme? Classic book - any classic book. I love reading :)
3.Colors,style? Not particular on colors as long as they fit into the vintage look. So no wild, modern look or 80s look (read: neon) for me.

Lori, we need to make 3 things, so do you have any idea what else you want. I am giving you license to create whatever you want for me. I would like a triptych though, for sure. No neons, please and the theme can be whatever works for you. I am not picky and will love anything you send.
For Classic books, how is Alice through the Looking glass? or something more like Tom Sawyer, a Christmas Carol... A Grunge Christmas Carol.
I have a ton of ideas...woohoo

Denise

Wow I have never seen one like that, I guess they made a bunch of dress forms,
folded them in half and attached them to some kind of pole on a stand.

Since non date is just a friend....he would just say have fun and what movie do you want to see next weekend. LOL

Heaven you can make the 3 d dress form by cutting the dresform out multiple times. You can cut off the bottoms and finials of all except four. Fold in half all the pieces length wise. Then you want to have the same number of shortened dressforms between each of the full. When you adhere the last page to the front it will create the 360 look the 4 long ones create the sand below.. You can mount it on a lid for stability as a base.

Tip of the day....you can do a tryptic from different shapes...you don't necessarily need the cabinet card shown in the inspiration to do one. I saw a cool one where the person cut rectangles and then used an on the edge die at the top. Even cooler - she embossed the whole thing - gave it some cool texture as a background. You could even create the base using cricut cuts....just make sure you back with chipboard and that the back of the tryptich is finished.
