I have not updated my Imagine for quite some time. All my attempts at updating failed and I read on the boards to try a system restore. Long story short, it froze during part of system restore and now my Imagine will not do anything. Only the Imagine screen comes up, I cant get to the menu or any other screen. I have spent all day trying all of the suggestions posted on the boards like reinstalling sync, turning off firewalls, etc. I am planning to call support on Monday but it makes me sick that now I cant use my machine when it was working fine before I tried to update. Has anyone had success with support taking over and unfreezing it and getting it working again. I'm hoping that my machine is not ruined now :(
