I have had my Cricut away in the closet for awhile and I am looking to get back to using it. I noticed the strip, where the cutter is bumpy, like its lifting in certain parts. Is this normal or have to be fixed?

I had the tape coming up on my Expression. I just pulled all the tape off and retaped it with Scotch tape.
