Initially, Microsoft announced that with their newest game system, all games, including those on physical discs, would have to be played with the machine online. This would allow them to track ownership of the game. It also said used discs could not be resold or shared. It caused an absolute riot on the internet, as such a restrictive User Agreement should, and they had to reverse course. If only we could be so loud.

Here is the story.

First Sony changed their version of the playstation, than after a survey by Amazon that over 90% said they would not buy the Xbox but playstation instead did Microsoft listen. Sony did listen first, then Xbox did. Wish we would see more of that in the crafting community! Some companies are top rate others are not. Customers business ($$$) speaks louder tham words. BJR.

My sons are gamers as are a lot of their friends.
That was not Microsoft's only problem. Their
Xbox sucked. Every one my sons and friends bought
quit within the first year. They offered a
repair but cost quite a bit.(this was the Xbox 360, not the
newest one). They currently
all are still using their PS3's that came out the
same year. Am a Nintendo fan myself.
PC does have some problems, we all admit, but anyone
that follows the gaming world has experienced much
more aggravation.
(We won't even get into the world of embroidery machines and designs.
Talk about territorial!!! They had to finally listen too.)

I have read many reports and surveys on Companies that have failed. The #1 reason Companies fail is poor Customer Service.

You could have a great product but without Support and Knowledgeable Customer Service, it means little.

PC's Customer Service and Support has declined for the past 30 months and even more so, the past 18 months. The CS Reps that answer the phones are always pleasant and are helpful but only within their means. PC obviously has had major problems with their software, quality control and truthfulness.

The MB's have also declined over the past 18 months, as well. There use to be 2 full pages of New Topics everyday, now if there is even 4 New Topics a day, that's a lot. I am not saying that PC has lost customers

As much as I love my E2, Gypsy and Cuttlebug, I am concerned about PC's future.
