I'm not sure this is where I should post but I am seriously at a loss. I've tried troubleshooting, asking on some Facebook groups but still no answer.
I have connected my cricut expression to my netbook. It's been updated with the new firmware (or whatever it's called). I've signed in but instead of taking me to the craft room where you can see the tool bar at the top and cutting mat it brings me to this welcome video. I can't minimize it so I'm stuck. Is it just that the netbook is too small? I know people have hooked up their Cricuts to lap tops. I'm so bummed. We don't own a desktop and I really would like to utilize the craft room. Help? Advice? Suggestions?

The screen size is your problem. Below the video is a box to check to skip the video in the future, which will then take you to the mat screen. I know people have used someone else's computer to log into their own CCR account and then check the box and then they are able to log into CCR on their netbook.

I don't know if there is a way to set the screen resolution on a netbook.
