I will be missing the stamp convention on July 13-14 my 2 year old shih tzu Riley ate some of my sons hair dye had to rush him to the emergancy vet center last night, they put an IV and a catheter in, kept him over night, they gave him charcoal to absorb the poison, he's home now but he's been weeping and seems to be in pain, I called his regular vet she ordered more meds for riley to take for the chemical burn inside his mouth and tong, I can't beleive the other vet forgot about his mouth no wonder my poor dog was in so much pain. I'm stressed out he needs to be watched for 10 days and $820.00 later my play money is gone. so no Tim Holtz this round but the bright side of everything my doggie is okay and thats the main thing.

I think the walk away works the best for me, that, and sometimes coupled with looking at ticket images on Bing and Google. I keep several projects going and abandon creative stumpies and then come back to em when the creative mojo beckons - hopefully that happens before a swap deadlineFlapper

Yeah, I'll google and pintrest. Sounds like a good idea, thank you!
Sometimes it happens. Glare Seems like its happening to me far more frequent.
I have the components I want to use, I just don't like the way they are coming together. I'm done with the tear away tickets, I'm stuck on the strip tickets.
It happens more times than I care to admit, but I have an idea in my head and it doesn't quite translate as good in Real life. I'll just take a day off and try again tomorrow.

Melody-No bathing suit pics and now I won't set foot in one. I used to go to the beach everyday in the summer when I was growing up. I lived in a suit. I also did gymnastics in high school and college and was always in a leotard. The good old days!
Still working on my tickets

gonescrappin, I finished your ticket strips and will send them soon, I am just waiting on

Then I guess it will be back to the everyday grind for me, working on the hse etc...ThumbDown

I have been trying to get some of my gardens in shape, oy where they a mess! Still have so much to do inside and out. I am now full of scratches from pruning my roses and planting
several other plants including a new rose bush. I like to smell em before I buy em. Most roses
nowadays do not have any scent and that's just plain sad in my book !

Wub Oh my! I just started yours! Blushing I had better get going on them.

How is the gardening going?

TH dies are fine.

Will your eyes be OK??? I hope so. Several crafters have reported eye problems as a result of

that bikini photo. I guess the sunglasses are just too wild and crazy for some people to process visually and it causes their eyes to go wonky. Maybe there is a way for me to mask them.LOL LOL LOL

Riley is doing better he's eating but for some reason he's not drinking water at all, it's been about 4 days since he ate the hair dye,
his regular vet put him on pedialyte (giving water to a dog in a syringe is a lot of work)I needed a much needed break so I decided to go ahead and attended the stamp convention in Caron, CA but going on 22 hours of no sleep and not a lot of play money to shop I met this wonderful lady, demoing her products she talked my ear off along with her prankster husband it was a joy talking to them the shimmer sheetz, peel off stickers, silk microfine glitter (best glitter I ever came acros) and the way she colors the stickers and adds her glitter to her cards beautiful, beautiful if you haven't checked out Elizabeth craft designs her website is http://www.ecraftdesigns.com/ Now Tim Holtz what a joy it was picking his brain, very talkative, sarcastic, (in a funny playful way) loves to joke around very wholesome guy.

Andrea, fabulous pictures. Going to check out that site for sure. Thinking of your doggie and how lucky he is to have you to take care of him and get him well.

Loving those sneakie peekies. Bring em on. We are all voyeurs here I suspect.

Oh no Barbara, on an island in your dreams with bikini man ???!!! Oh dear, I better get a different image up , so you can dream me with the man of my dreams. Now, I have to think about this for awhile, not sure who the man of my dreams really is.Flapper

What's everyone up to??? This weekend I made my first clear stamps with Teresa Collins. The software provided can actually convert your cricut die cut into a negative, ready to make a stamp. Of course my printer died and have ordered a new one to try this. It will make stamps from a photograph. I will post pics soon, so you can see how they came out.
Would love to know about any projects you are working on. Love
