Has anybody else received the assertion fail debug error during cutting? I spent a few hours on Friday with customer support and they were not able to fix the issue. I was told it would be sent to the IT dept, but have not heard back yet. I called on Monday and was told it was still open. In the meantime I have 30 luggage tags to make but no cricut..UGH!! Please share if you have had this happen. Thanks

I too have found this error when using the CCR with my E2. Now my blade is making the cutting motion but not actually cutting the paper. Did anyone ever get back to you to solve this issue??
